As the owner and creative force behind Let Her Cook, I’m Nash, and hosting and feeding others has always been at the heart of who I am. My family’s journey in the food industry began in 1991 when my parents made the courageous move of immigrating to New York City, carrying with them the American Dream and a deep love for cooking. From owning restaurants to working food service jobs, food has always been the uniting force of our family. For me, cooking is more than a skill; it’s an art infused with love. As the saying goes, “Food is nothing without love,” and that sentiment is at the core of every dish I create.
